Yes, to ensure correct data import, follow this order: Chart of Accounts, Customers, Vendors, Products and Services, and then Invoices.

What file formats can I use to import data to QuickBooks Online?

QuickBooks Online supports data import from Excel spreadsheets.

Can I undo an import if I make a mistake?

If you import products and services incorrectly, you can overwrite the values by importing the same file again and selecting 'Overwrite all values'.
